I'm using OL2007 SP2.
I configured calendar publishing to office online a few months ago. Now I don't want to publish it anymore... Outlook constantly asks for a username and password to publish the calendar to Office Online. If I specify my password, the credential dialog reappears - so it seem that the publishing doesn't work. How can I disable the publishing to office online? The menu entry "Remove from Server" in the context menu of my calendar is grayed out... Any help would be appreciated! TIA Christian |

I logged into the account and deleted the calendar from there.
I think the reason its grayed out in outlook is because of the bug the brings up the login dialog. See http://www.microsoft.com/communities...8-7c62f4a8a000 for the fixes if you want to do it from outlook or want to keep publishing. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Poll: What version of Outlook do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=27072 "Christian Schindler" wrote in message ... BTW, I logged into office online (office.com) to delete it.

Christian,
Please read my other post to Diane under the workaround subject thread you started. The service STILL doesn't work without you deleting the calendar each time a change is made and all the other associated stuff you have to go through in order to get it to Microsoft. At the other end, no-one without your email address and Microsoft Live password can see it, either. "Christian Schindler" wrote in message ... Thank you Diane!
