I can not clear Appointment reminders
 

I am no longer able to clear / close my appointment reminders once they have
flashed up they just sit there until I close Outlook. Does any one know a
cure for this.

Try starting Outlook once with the /cleanreminders command line switch as

Version of Outlook? So you can't close or dismiss the dialog?
