Does anyone know how to create a macro that will work inside the calendar
appointment (2007)?

Please explain in detail what you are trying to accomplish. Macros are a
feature of the VBA environment, which is accessed with Alt + F11. Code behind
a custom appointment form would be written in a different language, VBScript.
