Shows as All Day Event when it's not

I have a task to take medicine between 5:45 PM and 6 PM, but it shows as an
all day event. Why?

Describe this more thoroughly. Do you mean the "All day event" box is checked
when you open the item? What leads you to believe it's showing as an all day
event? Showing where? In what view? What version of Outlook?

Which view do you use? Did you try resetting the view?
