Default Sharing a copied calendar

I have created a copy of my calendar, removed all of his personal stuff out
of that copy and has put in only events for my staff to see. When I go
through the directions to share that copied calendar it seems to have all of
the right permissions but when I go to a staff members computer to open a
shared calendar it give me an error message saying they don’t have
permissions. Now if I share the original calendar it works without any errors
and you can see everything. The problem is I don’t want the staff to view the
original calendar, I want the staff only to view the copied calendar. Does
anyone know how to fix this? I have tried a few things, when I check the
properties of the copied calendar, it show that its located in mailbox/copy
and the original one is in the mailbox.

Thanks for any info in advanced

Laura
