Unable to edit my calendar when viewing multiple calendars

We use Outlook 2003 for scheduling 13 technicians and I have Editors
permissions on all calendars. I can edit the 13 techs calendar but, I am
unable to edit MY (personal) Calendar but I can view my calendar. I checked
permission rights and is set to Owner. What would cause me to be unable to
edit my calendar?
