Forms in calendars

We use Office 2007. Can you create forms in Outlook calendars? Or, is it
possible to create a form in Word 07 and import it into the calendar to be
used as a form? We are looking at a basic form with 5 columns and 25 or 30
lines to be filled in.
Thanks.
Bob

Forms in calendars

You would design a form using the Tools-Forms-Design a Form feature to
create a form for Outlook. Have you tried this yet?
