Hi

What's the most efficient way to move dozens of calendar items from one
calendar to another? I've viewed 'all my appointment' in a list and thought I
could copy and paste but there's no copy option on the right mouse click.

Select all of the items you wish to copy and either right-click and drag the
selection to the destination, selecting Copy when you release the mouse button
or click EditCopy to Folder, specifying the destination folder.

Go to the current calendar, and select View-Current View-All
Appointments. This will list all items on the calendar to be moved.
Once it is there, just select all and right click from where you can
select "Move to Folder" and then select the calendar which is the
destination folder. Done !!
