Default How do I limit meetings to first 20 people out of 80 invited?

My company of 80 ppl hosts lunch hour seminars, in a board room big enough
for 20 people. These seminars are first-com, first serve, and we like to
organize using Outlook. Is it possible to send an appointment out that will
stop accepting attendees after 20 people have accepted?

It is very annoying to look up 50 people and tell them they didn't make the
cut (or remove their names from the roster and re-send). This seems like a
behaviour that should be available automatically.

No, its not a function of outlook but you might be able to do something with
VBA.
