Custom template for calendar printing assistant

Does anyone know where I can find documentation for the XML file for Calendar
printing assistant templates? I am trying to create a new custom template but
I don't know a lot aboput the XML file in terms of what properties I can
mofiy and what are acceptable values. I need to customize the text that is
displayed for each appointment. But I don't know where in the XML to modify
that or what the text values mean. Any help would be great. Thanks!

I don't think there is any documentation for it in MSDN but this should get
you started: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/editcpao.asp

Beyond that, its just trial and error - make chances and see what happens.
