Default Not getting reminders on PC but get them on BB

I have a user who has a BB and whenever she gets any kind of reminder in her
Outlook the reminder comes on her BB but not on her PC. I have tried doing a
repair in Outlook, I ensured that her BB was in synch and up to date although
I am sure that the BB is not the issue. I even tried doing the
cleanreminders switch and again with no luck. The user has missed meetings
and needs to see the reminders on her PC. Can anyone help???

Did someone turn them off? Tools, Options, Other tab, Advanced button and
remove the check to display the reminder

No, that was the first thing I checked. All of her settings are correct.
