Default Meeting request replies to delegate only

I have someone setup as a delegate and that meeting requests will go to
delegate only. This works if someone chooses accept, decline, etc. or if
they choose add a comment to this meeting response. But, if someone chooses
"Reply to" the message will go the primary person not the delegate. The
primary person does not want any replies to meeting requests. How can I fix
this?
