Outlook 2007 recurring meeting bug
I use Outlook 2007 to create appointments and meeting requests for other
people in my company. We are not on exchange. When I create a new recurring appointment at 6pm central time and then invite another employee, it shows up in their calendar 6 hours before, or noon. I have isolated this to a setting under options/calendar options/advanced options. The checkbox that says when sending, use icalendar format. If this is checked, the recurring meetings I send out seem to be many hours earlier, related to GMT time. If I uncheck this, it seems to work fine. Anyone know of a fix???? |
