View several calendars easily
Is there any freeware add-on to Outloo2003 that can pick up for example
25 calendars and view the booked appointments that are done, or book new appointments? I know I can click on several calendars in Outlook, but if there are as much as 25 it will not be so easy to view them all at the same time. You have to scroll them and cannot see several at the same time. /Johan |

Not exactly what you want but you do have the Group schedules which allows
you to group selected calendars. wrote in message oups.com... Hi Noel,
Thas was actually a very good view of several calendars, it might work! Is there anyway to save a Group Schedule as a shortcut anywhere? For those people wanting this solution, I think going into the Actions\View Group Schedules\..Open everytime is to hard for them. Just a simple click somewhere would be great? thanks / johan "Noel All" wrote: Not exactly what you want but you do have the Group schedules which allows you to group selected calendars. wrote in message oups.com... It is already a button on the Advanced toolbar.
