Prioritizing all day events in web access view for public calendar

I want items to display in a specific order for an on call schedule. Desktop
view displays fine because I have labled items with a number system. Web
access view displays the items based on entry order (including edits)
regardless of number system. Is there a way to set priority?

Not that I know of, but web access is not outlook- it's exchange server.
