Phone Call Appointments
I often set up an appointment when I have a outbound call to make. Often
these contacts don't have email addresses nor do I want to send them anything anyhow. I just upgraded to 2007 from 2003 and I used to attach a shortcut of the call recipient to the appoint . This made it very easy when the appt comes up I clicked ont he contact and the phone number would appear. If you can still do that I haven't been able to figure it out. Please help. Tony Pass |
