Default Calculating dates in the past

Is there a way that you can calculate a date in the past? I have a future
date and I would like the dates before it for deadlines, like 60 days before,
30 days before, 14 days before, etc. Thanks!

Open your calendar, select the Day view, then click GoGo to Date. In the
"Date" field, enter something like "60 days before June 12, 2009". Outlook
will display the day you want.
