Default Exchange Calendar Update Tool

I am inquiring if anyone has used the Exchange Calendar Update Tool on a
Windows 2000 Server. I have been reading through a whole gob of documents and
and having a hard time making sense of it all. My questions a
1. When is this tool ran? Can it be run before the time change or does it
need to be ran afterward? I also noticed that it can not be run on the server
itself and has to be installed on separate PC such as a workstation?

2. Secondly, has anyone put 951072 on a Windows 2000 server? I again have
read many docs that seem to say you can but have not found a correct answer.

My exchange server is running on a Windows 2000 platform and using Exchange
2000 as well.

I want to make sure that my re-occurring calendar events are updated
correctly.

I recently took over a position and the other person did not update the
servers very well. My understanding is that everything was manually changed
after the time switched in March. I don't want to have to go through that.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

You'd be better served by asking in an Exchange newsgroup like
