Default different custom views of the one shared calendar

is it possible for different teams to have their own custom view of the one
calendar - so they can view items meant for everyone to see, but also keep
their own events visible. One central team would need to see all events for
every team? Each team could perhaps use a set naming convention to assist
with filtering ??

They can have as many custom views as they need (the limit is something like
128 views per folder). They can only use 1 view at a time but can easily
change views as needed.
