How do I avoid letting others see my meeting "subject"?
If you are on an Exchange Network, do not give anyone permission to your
Calendar. You can check the permissions currently set by right clcking your Calendar Folder, Properties, Permissions. Set them to "none" for the user shown as "default" and remove any people's names you see there if you want to remiove their permission to see the details of your meetings (eg the Subject). -- Regards Judy Gleeson MVP Outlook www.judygleeson.com www.deskdoctors.com Want to be more productive?
