Default Multi day event not appearing in To Do bar

Outlook 2007.
I have a multi-day event which is NOT designated as an "All-Day" event that
doesn't appear in the To Do bar. Does this mean that multi-day events that
are not All Day events are not shown as well, or is there something wrong
here?

Multiday events are treated like day events if they span more than 24 hours.
This goes for both the calendar view and to-do bar. In the calendar, more
than 24 hours long puts them in the all day event area while under 24 hours
puts them in the calendar time scale area.

Thanks - I thought that might be the case...
