Appointments and invites are disappearing off of the calendar Outl

I have (2) high profile users here when she (Secretary) enters an appointment
it will be there for awhile and then disappear. And now when they get
invites it stays for a few minutes and vanishes. When conversing with the
sender they have stated that they did not call it back. I've be working with
this issue for several months now.

I despearately need Help Please.
