We are using Office 2007, we are doing the publishing to the internet and
sending invites to our coworkers. One of mine is updating, not very fast, but
one of them is not updating and its set up the same way

updating is a min of 1 hour. You can't change that. when you publish, there
is an option to update it - did the coworker choose that option?
