My wife has a stand alone PC in another room not networked or on internet. I
keep her & my appointments on the MS Office Outlook 2003 Calnedar on my PC..
She also has the same programme on her PC and I want to be able to copy the
Calendar entries into her blank calendar using a CD or floppy. How?

You could create a separate PST (Personal Folder File) using the File menu
New Outlook Data File command then drag/drop the items/folder you want
into it, close Outlook, copy the PST to a floppy/CD/etc. Copy that file on
to your wife's machine (make sure the file is then writeable - remove the
read-only file attribute) and open it on her machine using the File menu
Open Outlook Data file command. Drag/drop items into your wife's folders
