Default How to create multiple half day appointments

Hi,
I need to create a create a meeting request as shown below.
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm every day.
In the outlook, when I create this, it shows as Monday 9 am to Friday 1 pm
(Monday to Thursday as full days and Friday as halfday)

Are you trying to create a single appointment or a series of recurring
appointments. I'd go with the recurring series.

Create it as a recurring appointment - 9-1 M-F weekly.

Instead of as a single appointment that starts on Monday at 9AM and ends
on Friday at 1PM.
