Outlook 2007 is giving me pop-up reminders when my Contacts have a birthday
or anniversary. However, I would like to get the pop-up for the birthday
only, not the anniversary. Can I accomplish this, and if so, how?

I will appreciate advice.

Sort your calendar by recurring appointments, then sort by the type of
event, then remove the reminder from those items. (You may need to add the
reminder column) Then return your view to day/week/month.

Note that any new anniversaries will have a reminder - you will need to
remember to remove them once you save and close the contact record.
