For the Signatu

- Select TOOLS menu
- Select OPTIONS
- Select MAIL FORMAT tab
- Near the bottom of the window is a section titled "Signatures".

If you do not have one yet:
- Click the SIGNATURES... button
- Click the NEW button
- Name it something like Business or Casual and click NEXT

Just follow the buttons and select the chosen path.
