view 3 months on calendar
How can i see three or more months vertically in the navigation pane? i've
dragged the outline as far as I can and with the other stuff in the navigation pane, it doesn't go far enough. Is there a way to hide the "how to instructions" that take up over half of the pane? i'm in outlook 2007 -- $cruncher |

You can't hide the How to section but if the Views are showing you can hide
them (look on View menu). You can also collapse some of the Calendars groups to make more vertical space. If you have too many mailbox calendars, make a new group and move some from the My Calendars group to the new group. Other ways include collapsing the navigation module buttons, hiding or moving toolbars, hiding the status bar. Finally, if all else fails, increase the resolution. With 1 row of toolbars and the status bar showing, all calendar groups collapsed except for My Calendars & Other calendars (7 calendars total), I see 3 vertically when full screen at 1400x1050 resolution. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: ** Please include your Outlook version, Account type, and Windows Version when requesting assistance ** "$cruncher" wrote in message ...
