Error - Can't turn off reminder. Can not locate recurrence info..
After a conversion from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2007, I am getting the error
of "Can not turn off the reminter. You may be reminderd again. Cannot locate the recurrence information for this appointment." The appointment is now showing a reminder everyday, even though the orginal appointment was a recurring appointment on a Tuesday. How do I remove this appointment without the orginal?
