Default date due times for tasks

Is there a way to specify what time a task is due by as well as the date in
Outlook 2007? I've been able to specify the due date for a task, but so far I
can't change the 5pm due time.

I already know about that. Those work fine. They remind me that a task is due
by 5pm that day. When I create a new task, I can specify the due date, but
not the time on the due date at which the task is due. Is there a way to
specify this? Also, sorry it took so long for me to post this. I have a lot
of homework.

No. Tasks are not timed events so you can't set a due time, only a reminder
time. You'll need to make appointments if you want to set them for a
specific time. You can also override the default reminder time per task when
you open the task form.
