add a task to someone else's calendar

Is there a way to add a task or meeting to someone else's calendar without
adding it to your own? Our project managers want to know if they can block
time off on someone else's calendar for working on something, without it
showing up on their own calendar. Any suggestions?

add a task to someone else's calendar

if they have editor permissions and open the folder, they can.
