Exchange 2003 shared calendar changing appointment times

We are running Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 with a shared public staff
calendar. When a user adds an all day appointment it will show up later as
being from 11:00 p.m. the previous day to 11:00 p.m. the following day. What
causes this?

Exchange 2003 shared calendar changing appointment times

there is a mismatch with the time zone or DST setting on the computer that
displays it as 11-11.
