Default Calendar question

I work many shifts that end at 2 or 3am. When I enter these into outlook, it
shows that i have appointments every day when in actuality i am still at work
from 12am-2am. Is there any way to tell outlook not to show that or do I
have to just enter it as 2-12am and remember that i work until 2?
