Using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003. An attorney has granted delegate
access to his secretary to the calendar. Whenever the secretary or the attorney creates a meeting request and sends it to an external recipient ), the recipient receives the meeting request, but then a few minutes later also receives a cancellation e-mail; and the meeting is removed from the attorney's calendar. Neither the attorney nor his secretary is sending the cancellation. No other delegates have access to the calendar. I have recreated the e-mail profiles for both the attorney and secretary, but the problem still persist. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
