Default Activesync and Calendar

Has anyone heard of this problem? I have Office 2007 Enterprise and when I
activesync to my T-Mobile Wing everything works without incident except for
the calendar. All of the holidays on my phone are the day prior to the
correct date. Many appointments are one hour earlier than they should be.
Most all day appointments start on the wrong day. If I correct it on the
phone, when it syncs back to Outlook all one day appointments will start at
0100 on the wrong day and run 24 hours to 0100 of the following day. T-Mobile
sent me a new phone, but it obviously was Outlook and not the phone.

Any help would be appreciated, even if it means wiping out Office and
starting over.

Thanks.

You have a DST mismatch between Outlok and the phone.
