How do I set up Outlook to remind me of birthdays and give age

I want outlook to remind me of BDays and give me the new age of each person
each year. I don't think that is so hard by I can not figure out how to do
it in 07. I might be missing something but I can't find it any where.
Please help.

Unfortunately, that requires an infinite number (well, until the person
dies, anyway) of individual calendar entries instead of a single recurring
event. Moreover, if you have the birthday field defined in the contact
record and you modify that record at all, Outlook will readd the recurring
event and produce duplicate entries in the day/week/month views.
