Adding birthdays to Calandar in OL2007

Hi!

There's a feature in OL2007 which automatically creates an entry in
the Calendar when you enter a birthday in a Contact.

Well, after a few synchronizations with a Windows Mobile device which
had a different time zone setting created duplicate calendar entries,
some of them a day prior to the actual birthday. So to resolve this
mess I deleted all birthday appointments from the Calendar.

Now, I want to start from a clean sheet and put them back into
Calendar from Contacts. Is there an easy, automatic way to do it?
Maybe macro, add-in or some third-party program? It would be also
great if this solution does not create duplicate entries.

Thank you!
