Outlook 2007 - Resource Mailbox not updating
We have a SBS 2003 server with two resource mailboxes for company calendars.
These calendars work normally with all Outlook 2003 clients. These calendars are used to allow staff to see the schedule of all other staff. All company appointments are added to these calendars. We now have a few Outlook 2007 clients. When these users include a company calendar in the appointment the appointment shows normally. However, if the user updates the appointment the changes do not automatically show in the company calendar. If someone manually accepts the updated appointment in the company calendar the changes are accepted and displayed. I'm looking for a way to have the company calendars update all appointments regardless of the version of the Outlook client.
