Default publishing whole calendar

When setting up my calendar for publishing with Microsoft Online, the time
span button for "whole calendar" is grey and cannot be selected. Does anyone
know why and how to make it editable?

for whatever reason, you can only select whole calendar for secondary
calendars - the main one will always be limited. Its probably because main
calendars can be quite full while secondary calendars are usually for a
specific purpose.

you have to make a new calendar folder and copy the appointments into it.
then publish the copy.
