How do I always display tasks on due date?

In the calendar view in Outlook 2007, I want the tasks to always be displayed
on their due dates. For example, if I complete an assignment due in the
future today, I don't want the task to be moved to today. I'd rather have it
mark as complete on the actual date that it's due.

It's impossible to get completed Tasks to show up the way you describe -
there are very limited user settings in 2007 for Task views in the Calendar.

Have a look at the Tasks folder for records of what you did and when. Date
completed is the field you want to see.
