It seems the Outlook 2003 Calendar default reminder time is fifteen minutes.
I would like to get a reminder of each appointment one day in advance, not 15 minutes in advance. Can I make Outlook Calendar automatically remind me one day in advance of each appointment? If so, how? Or do I have to override the 15 minutes each time I make an appointment, setting it to 24 hours instead? |

Change the "Default reminder" drop-down to "1 day". -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
