you'll need to create a custom form (use the default form and check the
private field) then set outlook to use the default form. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "RSunday" wrote in message ... Can you please be very specific in how to do that? Now I have managed to make my own form. How do I set up Outlook to use that
as my standard appointment? I dont want to click Tools - Forms - Choose Form.... I just want to click "New" and then get it. ....ok. If you know what to do - it is however almost "free" for you to say it
- if you don't know - fair enough - then I'll follow your pointers. Which I did. To use your own form - you just right-click your Calendar title bar and select properties. Here you can specify your own form in "When Posting to this folder".... Now that I know - it's easy to share with others...
