you'll need to create a custom form (use the default form and check the
private field) then set outlook to use the default form.

Sounds good - but how is that exactly done?

Can you please be very specific in how to do that? I have Outlook2003 SP3

Now I have managed to make my own form. How do I set up Outlook to use that
as my standard appointment?

I dont want to click Tools - Forms - Choose Form.... I just want to click
"New" and then get it.

The answer should be on the page I cited or on a link on that page.

What was that saying? "If you need a helping hand, examine the end of your
own arm." I'm not going to do all your work for you. I'm fairly sure you
know how to read.

....ok. If you know what to do - it is however almost "free" for you to say it
- if you don't know - fair enough - then I'll follow your pointers.

Which I did. To use your own form - you just right-click your Calendar title
bar and select properties. Here you can specify your own form in "When
Posting to this folder"....

Now that I know - it's easy to share with others...
