I am finding it impossible to group tasks in the Outlook 2003 TaskPad

I can get tasks to group in the TaskPad just fine on my one computer using
outlook 2003. I do this by selecting "customize Current View" and then
selecting the "Group By" option. But when I do this while using Outlook 2003
as a front end to data that is stored in Novell Groupwise 7.0, I am unable to
get the tasks to "group" themselves.

Is this a known issue? Does anyone know of a fix?
