Does anyone know how to retrive an item that was deleted on a clickboard?

I cut a huge segment of notes that I put on one of my Calendar event,
thinking of pasting it somewhere else. As it happened, I was distracted by
phone and some other business so clicked off my Calendar event and saved it
without pasting. When I get my hands back to my document I've completely
forgotten what I was about to do. Occupied on other documents, I copy and
pasted several other items, and then it hit me, all my notes I've accumulated
for weeks are gone!
