i am using outlook 2003 and i'd like to load the public holidays of another
country for 2008 or later? |

You can try here but it might only have US holidays:
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/missinghol.htm If it only has US holidays then maybe try an Outlook group in the same language as the holidays you want to add. the list there is the same one available from MS for Outlook 2002, so it
