If I have an email with 5 individuals on it, is there a fast way to
invite all of them to a meeting? I can right click on one of them and
schedule a meeting, but I want to invite everyone at once, without
having to go through the address book and add names one at a time.

copy and paste the names from the TO line into a meeting request?

old thread but easily found by google if you have the same query.........seriously microsoft, of course you'll want to invite a bunch of email recipients to a meeting, get it fixed.

They have 'fixed' (added) this, you can now "reply with meeting" to do exactly that and invite all the email recipients to a meeting.
(and incidentally you can also do the opposite - send an email to all the recipients of a meeting, maybe to send them the agenda or minutes, say)

I'm on Outlook 2003 SP3, I work in a company with 1900 employees, I assumed we'd have a recent version. Bill, all is forgiven.
