Permission Issue with Resources
 

We are using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP. I have Editor permissions to my
boss's calendar. There is a recurring meeting on her calendar which includes
two resources (conference room and conference call number). Whenever I try
to make a change to one instance of the recurring meeting I get an error that
says "Conference room is already booked" followed by another error stating
"Conference call number is already booked" even though I'm not making any
changes to the date and time of these meetings and the resources have been
previoulsy scheduled in this appointment series for many months. I'm just
adding a document inside the meeting appointment and trying to send updates
so all attendees will have the document. Then I click the X to close the
meeting appointment because it won't accept it and then it deletes the
meeting off my boss's calendar. Another co-worker has the same rights as I
do to my boss's calendar and she can do the same process without any
problems. IT has confirmed that I have the appropriate permissions to book
the resources. Any help would be appreciated.
