Printing Color Labels

Working w/ Outlook 2003. Have used color labels when creating my
calendar/apointments but can't seem to get the color to show up on weekly
printed versions of the calendar. Not sure if I need to reset printer
settings?? Any advice would be appreciated.

It doesn't seem that my printer is configured to print in B & W. Are you
suggesting that Outlook can be configured in some way to print in black and
white only? If so how do I reset?

its typically a setting in the printer driver - I'm not sure if it's
specific to an application or will apply to all print jobs. When you send
the calendar to the printer, the printer dialog comes up - check the options
or advanced options for B&W.
