Recurring meeting deliemma

I have a small issue that I am hoping someone might have a suggestion
to work around. What it boils down to is that I need to create a
recurring meeting on the first Thursday after the second Tuesday of
the month. The person who originally scheduled the meeting used the
2nd Thursday of the month, but as we learned this month, the 2nd
Thursday (Aug 9th) came before the 2nd Tuesday (Aug 14th). This will
occur multiple times in a year and I am trying to find a fairly easy
way, outside of doing all manually, to create the meetings.

Any thoughts?

see if ws repeat appointment (linked on
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.asp) does what you need.

So Outlook does not have a way to schedule a meeting for the 2nd and 4th
Friday's of a month? which is not the same as once every other week.

Thanks, Dave

Sure, but only with two appointments, one for the second Friday and one for
the fourth Friday.
