Cannot delete an invite

I cannot delete a specific meeting invite on my calendar. It seems to be
corrupt. I can't open it (when I try it says, "Can't open this item"). I
keep getting meeting reminders at odd times, and can't even dismiss them
withouth getting an error. Any ideas?

Display your calendar in a table view (such as categories) - scroll down to the offending item and delete it.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
